We are proud to offer the following benefits package for eligible employees:

Health insurance.  We offer a quality group health insurance plan for our employees. The Company pays a portion of the premium.

Dental insurance.  Dental coverage is offered through a major carrier with access to any dentist; the premium is paid voluntarily by employees who select dental coverage.

Vision insurance.  This plan helps pay the cost of eye exams, eyeglass frames and lenses, and contact lenses.  The premium is paid voluntarily by employees who select vision coverage.

Life insurance.  Premiums for a basic life insurance policy are paid by Fish & Associates, Inc.

Short- and long-term disability insurance.  Fully paid by Fish & Associates, Inc., this benefit provides financial protection for medical illnesses that affect an employee’s ability to work.

Retirement plan.  Employees may defer a percentage of their income on a pre-tax basis to the company’s 401K Plan, after meeting certain eligibility requirements.  Fish & Associates, Inc. matches the employee contribution up to 4%.

PTO (Paid Time Off).  Full-time eligible employees earn paid time off on an accrual basis. Part-time employees working a minimum of 20 hours per week earn a pro-rated amount of PTO.  All paid time off is accrued each two-week pay period and is available to use for personal time, vacations, and sick time.

Paid Holidays.  Fish & Associates, Inc. provides paid holidays in accordance with a standard holiday schedule of six paid holidays plus one floating holiday per year.

Tuition reimbursement.  Qualifying employees may apply for partial tuition reimbursement for an approved plan of study at an accredited university.

Training, both in-house and out-of-house, for continuing education and career advancement.

Company Events.  Company events often include family and friends.  A year’s lineup has included an annual Holiday Party, a summer ball game at the Mallards ballpark, a panel build event in our parking lot for Habitat for Humanity, Root Beer Float Day, and various cookouts and potlucks.
